03:00 – 04:00 PM Climb the stairs to the crater. Enjoy the views and feel the volcanic vibe at the top.

04:30 – 05:30 PM Head to a sunset viewpoint. Watch the sky change color over the mountains—perfect for photos and a quiet moment.

05:30 – 09:00 PM Start the drive back to Malang. Arrive at your hotel in the evening, ending the tour with great memories.

1. General Policy

mtbromotour.com is a travel agency company that offers and sells tour packages through its official website at https://mtbromotour.com/ (“Website”). Throughout these Terms & Conditions, mtbromotour.com shall be referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”.

By accessing, browsing, using, or making a booking through our Website or any of our booking channels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to amend, modify, update, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes shall become effective immediately upon publication on our Website.

2. Customer Age Policy

The participant age categories for our tour packages are as follows:

Infant/Baby: 0 – 2 years old

Child: 3 – 5 years old

Adult: 6 years old and above

Participant age shall be calculated based on the departure date of the tour.

Different prices, facilities, seating arrangements, and accommodations may apply according to the participant’s age category and specific package conditions.

3. Reservation Policy

Customers are required to provide complete, accurate, and valid information when making a reservation.

mtbromotour.com shall not be responsible for booking failures, service disruptions, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by customers.

A reservation shall only be considered confirmed after payment has been successfully received and verified according to the applicable payment terms.

To make a reservation, customers must be at least eighteen (18) years old or have the consent and authorization of a legal guardian.

Customers accept full financial responsibility for all transactions made under their name or account.

4. Payment Policy

Customers must make payment according to the exact amount stated in the booking confirmation or package details.

All payments must be completed before the specified payment deadline. Failure to complete payment may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation without prior notice.

Package prices do not include transaction fees unless otherwise stated.

The following fees may apply:

Credit/Debit Card Payments: Additional charge of 3.2% of the total transaction value.

Bank Transfer Payments: Administrative fee of IDR 7,000 per transaction.

Any local or international bank transfer charges imposed by financial institutions shall be borne by the customer.

mtbromotour.com shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use, fraud, or misuse of payment methods.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made within twelve (12) hours of booking or before 6:00 PM (WIB, UTC+7) on the same day of booking are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made after twelve (12) hours from the booking time or after 6:00 PM (WIB, UTC+7) on the booking date are non-refundable, regardless of the reason.

If mtbromotour.com cancels a tour due to operational reasons or Force Majeure events, customers may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount and procedure will be communicated within seven (7) days of the cancellation notice.

Customers who fail to attend the tour without prior notification (“No Show”) shall not be entitled to any refund.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the policies of the relevant financial institutions.

6. Unused Services

Any services included in the tour package but not used by the customer during the tour shall be non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash, credits, or alternative services.

7. Changes, Rescheduling & Transfer of Booking

Customers may request a rescheduling of their departure date no later than seven (7) days before departure.

Rescheduling requests submitted less than seven (7) days before departure may be declined.

Customers may transfer their booking to another participant by providing written notice at least three (3) days before departure.

Replacement participants must meet all applicable travel requirements and provide all required information and documentation.

Additional fees may apply depending on supplier policies and operational requirements.

8. Pricing Policy

All prices displayed on the Website, quotations, brochures, advertisements, and promotional materials are subject to change without prior notice.

Price adjustments may occur due to:

Currency exchange rate fluctuations

Fuel surcharge increases

Transportation cost increases

Hotel or supplier rate changes

Government taxes and fees

Operational cost increases

Other factors beyond our reasonable control

Foreign visitors may be subject to different entrance fees or tourism taxes as imposed by local authorities or attraction management.

9. Package Inclusions & Exclusions

10. Limitation of Liability

Personal injury, illness, accidents, disability, or death occurring during the tour.

Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

Delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes caused by Force Majeure events.

Service failures, negligence, or actions of third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, transportation providers, restaurants, attraction operators, and other vendors.

Customer negligence or failure to follow instructions provided by guides, drivers, coordinators, or local authorities.

Additional expenses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Participation in any tour is undertaken at the participant’s own risk.

11. Travel Documents

Customers are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents.

International travelers must possess:

A passport valid for at least six (6) months from the date of travel.

A valid visa, if required.

Any permits, vaccination certificates, or supporting documents required by relevant authorities.

Failure to provide valid travel documents may result in denied participation without entitlement to any refund.

12. Accommodation, Meals & Itinerary

Accommodation is generally provided on a twin-sharing basis (one room for two persons) unless otherwise specified.

mtbromotour.com reserves the right to substitute hotels, accommodations, or room types with alternatives of a similar standard when necessary.

Meals included in the package shall be provided at selected restaurants according to standard menus.

Additional food, beverages, special menu requests, or personal orders shall be charged directly to the customer.

Traffic conditions

Weather conditions

Transportation schedule changes

Attraction closures

Safety considerations

Operational requirements

13. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in any of our tour packages unless expressly stated otherwise.

All photographs and videos documented during the tour may automatically be used by mtbromotour.com as promotional and marketing materials across various online and offline media channels.

mtbromotour.com agrees to use such documentation responsibly and solely for lawful business purposes.

Participants who do not wish to appear in promotional materials must notify mtbromotour.com in writing before the tour commences. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such requests, complete exclusion from group photographs or public documentation cannot be guaranteed.

Special requests including but not limited to:

Hotel upgrades

Room preferences

Dietary requirements

Additional transportation

Private arrangements

Customized activities

may be accommodated subject to availability and operational feasibility.

All special requests should be submitted during the booking process or no later than three (3) days before departure.

16. Force Majeure

mtbromotour.com shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, cancellation, modification, or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
